At Sugar Kitten we strive to offer you the best products and services and customer satisfaction so please take a moment to carefully review our policy for returns, exchanges, shipping error or defects before placing an order.  All shipping cost for returns and exchanges is at purchaser’s expense.  All original shipping fees will not be refunded if an item is returned.

Lingerie Policy

If you are returning or exchanging lingerie (panties, thongs and G-strings cannot be returned or exchanged), all claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. In order for lingerie to be authorized for return or exchange, items must be in new condition.  Items cannot have been worn or washed and must have all original tags still attached and in original packaging. There is a $4.99 restocking fee for all returned items. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Any leather or faux leather garments that cover an intimate area are not returnable for your protection but can be exchanged for a different size. Please contact us to make your claim and receive authorization for your return or exchange.

If there was a shortage, contact us with the order number and item that was short by product number or description. Sex Toys, Bath & Body, and Gifts & Games Policy

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

Lost or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse. If the order does not make it to its destination or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing claim.

Can I cancel my order?

In most instances, your order is processed and shipped the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted. However, please contact us to request a cancellation and we will investigate the possibility of cancelling your order. Please order carefully because a cancellation is unlikely and not guaranteed.
